Medication Management
The White Dove Difference
Why Nurse-Led is Different
Every medication plan is reviewed by a registered nurse, not just a caregiver. Our RNs are trained to identify drug interactions, recognize adverse effects, and communicate clinically with your physicians and pharmacist. This is nursing-level medication management, not a pill reminder service.
Questions Answered
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a nurse set up my pill box?
Yes. Our registered nurses organize pill boxes, blister packs, or automated dispensers, and verify each medication against your current prescriptions to catch duplications, interactions, or discontinued drugs.
How do you check for drug interactions?
Our RNs review every prescription, over-the-counter medication, and supplement together — cross-referencing known interactions and duplications. We coordinate with your physician and pharmacist to resolve any concerns before they cause harm.
What if a medication is making me sick?
Our nurses are trained to recognize adverse drug effects such as dizziness, confusion, GI upset, or falls. We document the symptom, contact your physician promptly, and adjust care based on their guidance.
Do you coordinate with my pharmacist?
Yes. Our RNs work with your local pharmacy in Atlantic or Cape May County to synchronize refills, identify interactions, and ensure timely delivery. Call (609) 373-6631 to get started.
